Karen sits on the Advertising Association Board and served on the IPA Council for 12 years. She is an active member of WACL and a Board Trustee of Sported, a Sports for development charity.
She is passionate about building inclusive cultures and is chair of McCann Worldgroup’s UK & European Conscious Inclusion Council.
Karen was recognised this year by the IPA on its iList. She is an active Mentor for women in the industry.
